How is my capital allocated?
Your deposit goes into a Strategy Vault, which spreads it across the third-party strategies we have sourced and vetted, within written allocation limits.
You hold one position; the diversification happens underneath.
Current allocations are published on the Stats page.
What is a NAV? What is an epoch?
The NAV is the value of one vault share, computed once per epoch and published for everyone.
An epoch is the monthly cycle the vault runs on: deposit and withdrawal requests queue, the epoch closes, the NAV is published and requests settle.
One epoch, one NAV, no exceptions.
Can I withdraw whenever I want?
Withdrawals are processed at each monthly epoch, at the published NAV.
This monthly rhythm is what lets the vaults hold positions a daily-liquidity product never could.
How is risk managed?
Simple rules, applied all the time: no strategy can take too much room, the mix stays diversified, and the team keeps watch around the clock.
Risk never disappears, but it stays measured and under control.
Who are the vaults for?
Anyone who wants access to strategies normally reserved for professionals, without becoming one.
Match the vault to your temperament: Trading if you can hold through swings for growth, Yield if you want a steady, consistent pace.
Many investors hold both.
Who holds the keys to my Smart Account?
You do, and nobody else. The owners of your Smart Account are keys you hold: an external wallet, a passkey, or both, up to five.
Destral relays your operations to the network and pays for them, but holds none of your keys.
Your recovery key, 12 words generated in your browser and shown once, is never stored by Destral either.
What if I lose my passkey or my wallet?
If you still have another owner, unlock your Smart Account with it, remove the lost one from the Owner tab and add a new key.
If it was your only owner, your 12 words replace it. Import them into MetaMask, Rabby or any compatible wallet: the first account carries exactly the address registered on your Smart Account.
In Destral, click the locked status, choose “Connect my external wallet” and select that wallet. The status turns to unlocked and you can act again.
Can I act on my Smart Account without Destral?
Yes. Your 12 words control your Smart Account directly on the blockchain, without going through the application, from the contract page of your address on Etherscan or Arbiscan.
Everything the App does is exposed there: add or remove an owner, register or remove a withdrawal address, transfer to the strategy, withdraw funds.
In that case you are the one paying the network fees, whereas Destral covers them in the application. Write down the address of your Smart Account today, next to your recovery phrase.
Does Destral pay the network fees?
Yes, for every operation of your Smart Account: creating it, adding or removing a key, approving a withdrawal address, transferring to the Strategies area, withdrawing.
One exception: a deposit sent from an external wallet is an ordinary transaction of that wallet, which pays its own gas.
Destral charges no fee of its own on deposits, transfers or withdrawals.
Can Destral move my funds?
No. Nothing leaves your Smart Account without a signature from one of your keys, and Destral holds none of them.
A signature is a typed message, not a transaction: it names one operation on one network and expires after 30 minutes. A withdrawal can only go to an address you approved beforehand.
When you move funds to the Strategies area, you sign that transfer yourself; from there the funds sit in Destral's vault wallets until you exit, and come back to your Smart Account.
